Dear Elsie started from a love of sewing that grew far too late. My grandma gifted me a sewing machine when I was in high school and for over a decade it sat collecting dust.

Until this year, 2025.

As a newly wed and stay-at-home wife, I was eager to find something to keep me busy and creative. Sewing became my escape.

The name Dear Elsie, comes from my husband and I’s struggle with infertility and miscarriage's. I’ve dreamed of naming our little girl Elsie and this business is a foreshadowing to her and our future children, something to keep their mother busy while she waits for them 💞

I'm so grateful for each and every one of you that has entrusted me to create such a special piece to use during your most sacred times with the Lord.
